Founding Partner and Lead Director
Maged Mostafa is the founder and lead director of TME Worldwide. He’s also the CEO Genesis Manazil Group, a set of companies for green construction projects. Under his tenure, the business has won several awards across the UAE and gained special recognition from local government and private partners. Maged’s career has spanned leading roles as an executive and serial entrepreneur in developing and marketing eco-friendly products and advanced technologies in almost every industry and corner of the world. With more than 15 years of experience and a track record of building organizations including start-ups and IPO successes.
In 2013, Maged established ScribbleLive MENA, the regional headquarters in the Greater Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia of ScribbleLive the global leading provider of real-time engagement management solutions. Based in Dubai, ScribbleLive MENA represents the Company in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, Iran, and India. The company’s client portfolio including media star-brands such as Reuters, CNN, SkyNews, Associated Press, Al Jazeera, Ria Novosti, EFE, CBS, ESPN, Yahoo!, SN, and dozens of others, who collectively drive over billions minutes of audience engagement per month, use ScribbleLive’s platform.
Maged was the founder of Com-dot-Com, the creators of the first e-commerce retailer in the Middle East and the first regional web portal, which today is a pioneering B2B online marketplace for advanced software solutions, multimedia applications and web development. He has also established separate business in real-time engagement management solutions, designed a series of software packages, as well as B2C websites and portals. As an experienced Marketing and Sales professional, Maged has directed teams across company departments. He has also consulted Fortune 500 companies on export operations, while promoting investment opportunities for the international arena.
Maged holds a BS in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the State University of New York, with dual concentration in Marketing and Management of Information Systems. He won four US national business competitions and was elected to prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma and Who’s Who. He is an active member of the American Management Association, and has presented in several international technology conferences.
Sally Kamal Lamie is a Founding Partner and Director of TME Worldwide. She is a highly competent management professional with progressive work exposure in the domains of business development, sales, marketing and operations. She has proven leadership qualities in managing diversified teams, performance assessment and improvement mechanisms.
Her outstanding performance has led to a lot of recognition inside and outside of the organizations that she has worked for. As a fast track achiever, she has managed to establish a track record of revenue growth for a diverse set of privately owned companies. She is particularly skilled in driving success through effective business management, cost control, streamlined operations and implementation of sound business practices.
Sally holds an MBA from the University of Atlanta. She has a medical background with a BS in Physiotherapy, prior to her current business roles, she has worked in world-class multi-specialty hospital.
Founding Partner and Director
Paul Wilson, a founding partner of TME Worldwide, has over 15 years of experience in specialist construction design, supply, and manufacture including 300+ Cold Formed Steel projects in the UK and mainland Ireland and MENA Region. He has enjoyed an international career consulting some of the most premier names in the construction industry.
With an emphasis on green construction technology and offsite as well as modular solutions, Paul has moved from the solely technical side of the construction industry to focus on a more holistic business development and technical capacity of both construction and additional sectors.
Paul has previously founded and currently manages both a structural design practice and a supply company for building products and systems. Each is active in both the UK and MENA market. Paul also specializes in land and property development.
Paul believes in first class service. His support for the social and economic responsibilities at the community level is reflected in all lines of his business. His commitment to contribute positively to society, Paul has demonstrated through continuous involvement with various charitable and socially conscious environmental organizations.
Yasser Soliman, a Chief Technology Officer at TME Worldwide. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Software industry working for both top Fortune 100 organization and start-ups.
Yasser maintains focus on achieving bottom-line results while formulating and implementing advanced technology and business solutions to meet a diversity of needs. He possesses a superior record of delivering simultaneous mid to large-scale, mission-critical software implementation and integration projects on time and within budget.
Throughout his career, Yasser was able to deliver custom web and mobile based solutions for large scale companies such as Honda Automotive, Nissan, JD Power and Associates, and Toyota USA.
Yasser holds MBA in Technology Management, Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering and a SCRUM Master certified.
Chief Technology Officer
Khaled Bahnihi is the Marketing Director in TME Worldwide. He is responsible for overseeing the overall consulting practice within TME, establishing the company’s consulting systems, as well as handling the sales and marketing.
Before Joining TME, Khaled founded Pro-Ven, a direct marketing company focused on setting and executing direct marketing strategies. The company’s clients ranged from manufacturers to retailers and online businesses.
Prior to establishing Pro-Ven, Khaled worked in the direct investment field in two companies Arab Moltaqa Investment Company and Orbis Capital & Investment. Khaled worked as an Investment Manager where his main responsibility was focused on finding new potential investments, assessing the companies’ business models, as well as the companies’ financial viability. Khaled also worked for Quick-Wins as a Business Consultant, where he worked in teams in different consulting and strategic management projects in the MENA Region. Khaled has been exposed to many different industries including; Real Estate, Training, Health Care, and Retail Sector.
Throughout his work in Quick-Wins, Khaled has been involved in developing several business plans, financial models, redesigned business models, formulated new strategies to boost up sales and enter new markets. Before joining Quick-Wins, Khaled managed to raise a capital of 3.5 million EGP to launch a new start-up chemical manufacturing company.
